We accept cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), personal checks and EBT.


The standard portion size is half a pound of meat per person for the boneless roasts and one pound per person for the bone in roasts.

No longer than three days. Meat should be stored in the freezer after three days.


Yes! Please go to our products and select "whole animals" for pricing and call us at 978-448-6669 to reserve your animal. Typically, the wait for a whole or half an animal is 8 weeks. 


You can fill out your cut sheets or download a copy by clicking "Cut Sheets" under the "Slaughter and Processing" section of this website.
