PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR COMPLETED CUT SHEET FOR EACH ANIMAL ON OR BEFORE YOYR SLAUGHTER APPOINTMENT DATE. YOUR ANIMAL WILL RECIEVE STANDARD CUTS IF WE DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS.
When complete, please email, fax, or stop by Blood Farm to submit. Thank you.
We recommend packaging ground beef in our standard 2/1 white paper packages. Ground Beef is ineligible for 1lb white paper packages. Cryovac packages marked "not for sale" will be charged for printed labels. Customers must request hides to be returned at the time of drop off to a member of the slaughter floor team.
